That is not a blockade, it is a declaration of war. Ever hear of the wolf packs leading up to WW2? Not exactly the way we want to be perceived.

And, with 10 of thousands of miles of shoreline, your 2 subs will be busy. Do not forget, NK is a peninsular, therefore you need to guard both sides.

If a blockade is in order, we are going to need assistance of allies in the region, i.e.: SK, Japan, China,Philippines, and Australia/NZ.
