I would bet that will be with in a year. It seems to me that the nut knows that instead of a country he has a billion member military force that he is itching to use and is just looking for an excuse.

Sounds like mini-nukes will HAVE to be used there. I cant think of conventional means of taking out that much hardware in a short period time. Anyone know what the prevailing wind structure is there and what time of year does it blow away from SK?
