Do not take this out of proportion. It is not the number of Muslims in the country that is the problem - there is no more Muslims in proportion to the rest of the population than in the USA - it is the fact they are all in roughly the same place.
On a pedantic point, an Englishman would be a foreigner on about a third to a half of the geographical area of the UK anyway, Muslims or not! :)
