I think if we give him therapy and offer rehabilitation, he'll no longer harbor criminal tendencies. I'm sure he just had a very bad childhood. After all, he's a "Muslim convert", and as we all know, Islam is the Religion of Peace.

If we hanged him or shot him in the back of the head, we might scare the hell out of other little blighters because they just might consider the fact that they may be next, and we're just crazy enough and enraged enough to do it.

And I'm not being sarcastic. ;)
