Yes but NK doesn't have 5,000 artillary pieces aimed at Tokyo.

If Tokyo were to somehow pinpoint strike Kim directly, in effect toppling his government - NK would do what?

Attack Seoul?

Would NK keep fighting, without Kim?

I am asking these questions honestly, I'm not familiar enough with Korea to know.

North Korea recently tested rockets capable of hitting Tokoyo. Whether they have enough to make it worthwhile provoking Japan, which has a very large and capable "defence: force, Is naother matter. Don't know.
