David was born and raised in the South. A revelatory summer working in Yellowstone National Park convinced him that it was not the world, but just the part where he lived, that sucked, so he moved out West. They must because this is the exact same view they hold on all conservatives/gun owners/and military service members. A Nuremberg style trial in this algore sky-is-falling atmosphere today would likely produce guilty verdicts and sentences similar to those of the original WWII serious and justified trials.

But before slipping a noose around the neck of any of the condemned, the defense should insist on determining just exactly who was responsible for causing the previous catastrophic global warming that began sometime around 18,000-25,000 years ago.
