Hobby pilots are just scairt that their prerogatives might get challenged, like being able to tour a populous downtown at lower altitudes. Wouldn't want to take the fun out of the hobby.Flying low in a populated area is, in fact, illegal. Before making ignorant statements, feel free to check out the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Not only am I aware of it, I'm made complaint using the regulation against some nuisance hobbyists. Don't hotdog my land. I've got binoculars, and I'll read your number and turn you in. Helicopters, that goes triple.
