At least two people killed by a small fixed-wing aircraft crash into New York high rise building on E 72nd Street setting several floors ablaze

The 20th floor was struck. Firefighters and medics are working to rescue people trapped in the building by flames and heavy smoke. Debris Gracie hospital is on alert for casualties. Panic strikes the streets of this part of Manhattan.

US intelligence officials say initially there is no reason to believe the crash was terrorism-related.

I keep hearing about Gracie Hospital. But NYU is right there at York and 68th. That is the closest hospital not Gracie or Lenox.
