standard terror ops say, let the first one hit, let police and fire show up, then hit again to take them out...in the absence of a second hit in this immediate area, I think it's either A) a horrific accident or B) some sick bas*ard going after an ex or some other person they may be upset with..
I sincerely doubt it was terror..
