Exactly what I was thinking. The mineral managers at the interior dept. are being paid with my money and I would prefer they spend their time managing minerals rather than reading for enjoyment. I don't care if it's Kos, FR or the NAMBLA website, they should be doing that on their own time.

Kos is not blocked. Conservative blogs are. Your studied indifference to the fact that this appears to be a case of highly partisan blocking suggests that you are, in fact, on a troll from DU.
