From the Article:
"In 2001, Reid sold the land for the same price to a limited liability corporation created by Brown. The senator didn't disclose the sale on his annual public ethics report or tell Congress he had any stake in Brown's company. He continued to report to Congress that he personally owned the land."
The last sentence seems to indicate that Reid may have falsified official government documents. Isn't this a crime under 18USC?
Isn't that a violation of law, even for a democrat?
Depends on party affiliation.
I'd like to have a day with his IRS records. Wonder if he paid the income tax on this?
