Define win. Is wining picking up seats in the House or Senate? If that's the definition then I don't think we're going to win next month. If, on the other hand, his definition of 'win' is still retaining the House or Senate then I'd argue against that definition. If we hold Congress with fewer seats then I'd classify that as losing, but not as badly as we could have.

Here's my definition --- TAKING CONTROL OF EITHER THE HOUSE OR THE SENATE.

If Democrats don't win control of Congress, that will clearly be a bigger loss than them than the loss of a handful of GOP seats for the GOP. That has been the focus of the Democratic effort, to control Congress, not just to take away 7 or 8 GOP House seats. There's no amount of Pelosi/Reid/Emmanuel/Schumer spin that can turn a failure to take control of one or both chambers of Congress into being a win for the Democrats.
