If ANY picture defines the Clinton-era foreign policy this has to be it! From those meaningless handshakes on the White House lawn to shipping high-end super computers to Red China the eight years of Clinton was one gift after another to our enemies. Not to mention the gift of missile technology. Funny thing about a legacy. It gets clearer with the passage of time. Clinton and Carter are going to learn this!
