I think I remember Paul Begala being interviewed right near the end of the Clinton administration, and he said something like "We've left some land mines for the new administration."

I've searched on the web for the comment, but couldn't find it. Perhaps it wasn't Begala, and that's why I'm having problems finding it.

The comment sounds about right, but I think it was Clinton's chief of staff or the guy that had Tony Snow's job - the guy who went to work for Oracle .. and also the guy who went nose to nose with Kristinn during the 2 years the DC FReepers were there with their signs protesting Clinton.

I can see his face .. but I cannot remember his name.
