I don't think these type of entrapment cases stick.
The fact that the 20 year old was not really 15 is why this will probably not get the perv what he deserves.
I was reading about the TV show that did these types of stings and they were having a hard time getting convictions due to the "victim" was in reality not under age.
But maybe it will stick.
Thing is, it's not the first time he's done this. A few years ago, he "invited" a teen boy from out of town to watch a movie with him and when Scondras tried to make his move, the teen beat the crap out of him. Scondras claimed gay bashing but that didn't fly even in Boston.
