Bredesen has done a pretty good job as governor. . but, having said that, he is still a liberal Democrat, holding court with a bunch of corrupted Democrats who finally had to get busted by the FBI in a sting operation (Ford bunch and some others. State officials couldn't do anything with 'em, but when the big boys got hold of 'em, they knew it.) One of the old Ford bunch who was finally caught red-handed taking bribes used to feel free to fly down the interstate and use passing cars for target practice; just got a slap on the wrist for it. Naifeh and Wilder, the whole bunch of 'em. Liberal Democrats. What more need be said? If Tennesseans elect Harold Ford, Jr., they will have married in haste and will surely repent at leisure.
