Scondras kept calling 911 over a trivial matter several years ago, demanding to speak to the police commissioner, etc. He sounded like he was drunk. Howie would play tapes of this ("Thish is David Scon-drassh...I wanna talk to Commississioner Bratton..."), with Little Walter blues music backing it up.
Oh,we was drunk.*Very* drunk.
I'm sure we will hear in the local media how he's a victim of one disease or another.
