Ahh...my brother lives there. Actually he and his wife adopted a girl they fostered (they also have 2 boys of their own). But, they are way left liberals and probably thought all the rules were just dandy.
Way to the left liberals would like these rules. Unfortunately, they want to impose their dysfunctional childcare theories on everyone.
