you try to buy, check the tag showing the country of manufacture. It's hard to avoid Chinese products. I just checked the tags in my underwear. "Made in Taiwan."

Between radical Islam and China (and its sattlelites), it's a dangerous world.

No sense just crabbing at WalMart. I was in JCPenney's yesterday and every piece of dishware I saw was made in China.

Mobil 1 is made in the US. It is sold at Wal Mart.
Remington Ammo is made in the US. It is sold at Wal Mart.
As a side note, my standard Remington .308 150 gr. out performed a 7mm WSMR new style, high priced, bullet on mule deer last week. Of course both deer were dead but the Rem was a perfect mushroom and the 7mm WMSR fragmeted.

Who would have thought that the production of the best china would go back to China? Using modern methods invented and perfected in the west.
To: Cold Heart
But how well did the Mobil 1 kill its deer?

Bashing Wal-Mart will change China like burning your house down will paint your living room.

Don't get too smug. Next article of clothing, pair of shoes, sporting goods, electronics or hardware, ..., you try to buy, check the tag showing the country of manufacture. It's hard to avoid Chinese products. I tried to boycott China. Then one day I went to buy a pair of sneakers. Every pair in my price range (and I suspect, the more expensive ones) was made in China. Oh wait, there was one pair that wasn't made in China. It was made in FREAKIN' VIETNAM!!!
I do still try to buy American or free nation products whenever they're available, but the problem is that there just aren't as many as there used to be, and trade with China is not the problem anyway.

Marianas Islands, by Chinese "guest workers" (i.e., slaves). Please back up your characterization that the United States is allowing slave labor in one of her sovereign territories.

Mobil 1 was in the engine of my Silvarado 2500HD which took me to the hunting camp.
I think I'm getting substantially off the topic here.

We were shocked, said the police officer, who wants to return to Tibet. You expect to encounter death on the mountain. But you dont expect to see someone shot in the back when theyre posing no threat to anybody. This guy must be a head stuck in sand Democrat........

Here's one from a "right wing" source: http://www.thenewamerican.com/artman/publish/article_3116.shtml
... and another from the "left": http://www.alternet.org/story/29827/
Ms. Magazine, normally a pro-abortion publication, has something on forced abortions in the Marianas: http://www.msmagazine.com/spring2006/paradise.asp
And, here's one from last May: http://storiesinamerica.blogspot.com/2006/05/today-on-fresh-air-abramoff-delay-in.html
I've having trouble with my server right now, but there is also a 1998 Dept. of Labor investigation of the matter.
