Interesting now isn't it that 50 + years ago N.Korea was a step child of Stalin, and Russia of today appears as if they have no memory.

I really have to wonder if we have seen all the fine print and who all the signers were or had parts in the Clintons adoption of N.Korea.

The ruskies biggest fear is that the starving, shortened N.KOreans will start migrating to the good ol ussr in search of new tree bark to eat.
