If the US can control who and what are entering Mexico and Canada, the US will have beter control over who and what are entering the US from each of those countries. Do you hear me laughing uncontrollably. The U.S. cannot even secure its own borders ---- and now we're going to patrol Canada and Mexico's borders. Have you seen a map of these countries lately?

You didn't answer my question: If this SPP is such a great program, why has Congress not seen it or authorized it?
