I agree with the barking moonbat alert.

The Feds have taken 10 years so far to widen a small section of the Interstate near my house. They're still not done.

And I'm expected to believe that the same gov't can put in a megahighway from Mexico to Canada? Heck, just getting all the envirowackos satisfied would take well into the next millenium.

FYE, (For Your Education) TSR created and has managed (in an evenhanded manner) THE Ping List on the TTC. He includes articles on all sides of the issue -- and pings folks who are both pro and con re the TTC.
