US detects second N Korea 'blast'

US intelligence has detected an explosion of less than one kilotonne in magnitude in North Korea but has not been able to determine whether it was nuclear or not, a senior intelligence official said.

The official, who asked not to be identified, said that first-time nuclear tests historically have been in the several kilotonne range.

Not surprised the Greenpeace, tree hugging and anti nuke crowd is so quiet. Does anyone remember the German protests over the nuetron bomb? The KGB done real good.

Hmmmm.... That's a thought. Maybe the second one was just something that we dropped on their test site. Next we will be hearing that there was an accident at the test site, and all of Kimmy's nuclear scientists were blown up.
