See also Dixie Chicks come of age during media exile (more whining re Free Republic) as a backgrounder. The Chicksies have a hard-on for FR and our "subscription list." Somehow Jim has the power to keep their music off the air and prevent fans from attending their concerts. The next thing you know, we'll be accused of voter suppression.

Before Natalie ran her mouth you heard the Chicks as often as any of the top country stars on the radio. Now I rarely have to change the radio station because I hear one of their songs maybe once a week.

Hey, I had tickets for their LA concert- and Jim showed up at my door and winkled them away!

I learned my lesson, never again.
