Yes, up to this point it is only an assumption. I am keeping an eye on Korea on USGS's web site because any underground test should register seismically.
I'll be watching closer now.

Col Hunt fails to say that Japan and South Korea already in essence have nuclear weapons.....they are more than likely stationed right off shore courtesy of the US Navy....lol!!
