Here is the bottom line. I think I have proved a point. You know nothing more than I do. Everything that has been said is hearsay. There has been no investigation by testimony under oath yet. My point is that before we hack our party apart we should wait for the FBI and the ethics committee to investigate. There findings should be respected as closer to the truth.

That is why all the confusion. He said, he said, he said, and so on. It does not take much intelligence to see a pattern of politics here. There is no substance of proof. As to the emails that were published, there is nothing in them that violate the law. People do funny thing, and sometimes can be miss interpreted. You have assumed that because Foley is gay, that the emails were a form of an attempt of finding a young page for exploitation. Can you positively state that this was Foley’s intent with this page? Making an assumption is convicting before the evidentiary hearing. That kind of kangaroo courts attitude is revolting to me.

As I have said, I don’t know. But neither do you at this point. My suspicion is you are reading too much of the MSM and left reports. And I will include some of the Republicans are making the same mistake. Actually I am getting tired of this crap. I did hear Hastert on TV the other day and still am suspicious, but will give him the benefit of doubt until I see solid evidence from hearings under oath. That is all we have!

The magic number is 18 legally, not morally. Foley's conduct is unacceptable and the Republican leaders should have investigated and encouraged him to leave months, if not years, ago.

Kolbe has known for six years. He didn't tell Delay or Hastert at the time.

Kolbe was probably using the same pages.

Yes, by God, I want every congressman solicit sex from pages investigated and kicked out of the GOP.

That you don't is one of the reasons so many of us see no difference between the Republicans and Democrats any more.

First, I did not say that Foley should stay. He was acting improperly if he was soliciting sex from them. Innocent but creepy emails are not soliticing sex--I'm waiting for the facts. And 2--if you see no difference between the two parties.... I don't think you should be in here.
