Gosh...I was looking for a live thread while the show was on.

I thought it was really good. I didn't start watching Fox until it has been on for a few years...so I loved looking at the early video of Sean and Alan...LOL

Hard to believe that Alan Colmes looked even worse when he was younger!

Greta's and Bill O's comments were telling. The idea that management doesn't micromanage is a very big deal. Ailes philosphy is to hire the best, trust them, and let them go.

I liked the clip of Carl Cameron telling Brit that the Bush team wanted FOX to wait 20 minutes before reporting the Bush DWI story in 2000. Brit's answer, "We can't do that." Great!

I started watching FOX in late 1999 or early 2000. I do get upset at some coverage and the comments of some guests, but I am very thankful FOX is on the air.

Sometimes I remember back to when we had only the big three news networks. It's amazing, actually apalling to think of the power they had to sway opinion. The news was whatever they decided it would be.

When we get upset about how the MSM treats the Prez or covers the war, think of what it must have been like for Reagan and Nixon. There was no talk radio, no alternative media. The fact that these men both won re-election leads me to have faith in the American people. Like Nixon said, there is a "silent majority" of hard-working American people that just want to raise their families and do the right thing. No matter how the MSM tries to twist the truth, the truth prevails.
