Guillani has a gorgeous smile? I never would have thought that.

I saw Guillani recently, and he was an awesome combination of very tough with a gorgeous smile and good sense of humor.

Most people who purport to hate Rudy have never heard him speak. They have the same mentality as the libs who hate Rush but have also, never heard his show.

ROTFL!

Hillary would love for her opponent to be Rudy. That picture would be everywhere! Even on election night the MSM would use that pic.:)

I'm a Romney fan, but this means the left will be going after him big time. Hope he has a thick skin cause it's going to get ugly. The Klinton slime machine will be in full force.

Nice to know I'm in good company. I like Romney too.

The MSM won't overtly go after Romney's religion but they will constantly have programs against polygamy and connect Romney to those freaks.

If this were possible, I'd be chuckling all the way to and from the polls.

JC is an excellent pick! The fact that he is from OK (where I live) makes it all the more better!

For VP, I think he would be great.

Do you remember the Democrats putting his old college photo in their ads, where he had an Afro hair style?

Now the time to pull the trigger before he becomes a "who?"

One thing’s for sure, after his daily McCain bashing, we know Rush isn’t going to be getting behind the senator from Arizona any time soon!

Ditto.

I'm not happy with any of the current choices. But my happiness doesn't really mean anything, does it? Someone is going to represent the GOP ticket. And since I, and so many others, cannot stand the thought of John McCain, and like Rudy as many do, he's vastly too Liberal to represent as he'd swing the party so far Left while in office we'd never get back...

The choices are thus far- Allen, Romney, Newt.

That could change, but right now those are the choices for conservatives. Poor choices, but all we've got at the time.

Make no mistake if no one better steps forward people like Rush WILL make a decision among these three. But they aren't going to let McCain win the nom by default of conservatives splitting their votes, nor do they want to lose in '08. Newt has baggage. Barring the unexpected it's between Allen and Romney. Given Allen's self inflicted mistakes, which granted some conservatives dug a bit deeper then need be like K-Lo for obvious partisan reasons, Romney has the edge. I think, again provided no entrance of someone new, it comes down to the debates. Whichever one of the two best handles themselves will get the nod of members in the conservative movement and that will be the choce they push forward in unison against McCain.

There are freepers who can't decide if they would vote if it was Guiliani vs Hillary.

That's pathetic.

I like Newt. He's definitely out there in front of everyone loud and clear. I always did like Newt. He's an idea man, well spoken, clear thinking, and decisive. I like George Allen, but he's taken quite a hit with the macaca thing.... Frankly, I'd never heard the term before, but I admit I lead a sheltered life.

Which is why he has a double digit lead over his opponent? Newt will never ever ever be president according to FReepers because.....he was divorced!

Seems to me every time I hear his name, even on Fox, it's tied to the 'macaca' remark, and that's even according to those who should be supporting him. My son, living in Richmond, says Allen is still highly regarded. I know I live in the DC area, and it's a mistake to pay too much attention to the MSM, including Fox. I am pretty sick of the talking heads telling me what I think, or what the American people think, and can't wait to actually find out in November just what the American people really DO think! But, I'm fearful. I'm old, and I'm worried.

That makes him a sort of a sleeper with very high approval and name recognition, doesn't it?
