Who gets to keep all the finds? The owner of the property where it was found, or the archeologist and his students?
not sure on what ownership rights and agreements to display and such will be worked out here,, I'm sure legal beagles are involved and handling that angle of it. Technically,it would probably be under federal control but not sure due to its longstanding military role, albeit British.. I would think it is already a National Heritage or Historic site.
