Yes, but not sure how much. I asked the question at an Armor Conference at Ft Knox back in '91 and didn't get a straight answer.

m1a2 SEP's are for sure probably upgraded electronics package A1's are as well. All of them are NBC protected as well of course. After all these things were designed with the intent to fight on a post-apolcalyptic battlefield.
