I have been truly offended by Kerry and Kennedy and, even more so, the DBM, blithely turning the term "Swiftboating" into a synonym for sleazy politics. I'd like to start using "to Kennedy" as a synonym for murder by DWI. Kerry and Fonda are both verbs that are synonyms for treasonous acts. "To Cronkite" is to lie to a nation. "To Rather" is to lie ineptly. "To Clinton" someone is to molest them. A "Barney" is a call boy prostitution ring. A "Hillary" is a murder in Fort Marcy Park.
Etc., Etc.

This same ABC that was sooo offended by Mark Foley.
I am of the opinion that most homosexuals would like to just be left alone. Their personal life is a private matter. Staying in the closet or at least below the radar is a matter of choice.
I find it interesting that the party that claims to care about civil rights and choice would champion a movement of forced outing that probes into the private lives of individuals and seeks to invalidate their choice.
Homosexuals of all political persuasions should understand that there is one party that will hold them hostage to their choice to keep their sexual preferences to themselves and use it against them at a moments notice.
I agree with you about the dems turning "swiftboating" into a pejorative. Another sign of their shallowness of intellect as well as character. Kerry was a Swift Boater. He trashes his own. I bet he does not attend any reunions now!!!
I don't like the way they use Swiftboating either. You have come up w some great synonyms! Quite appropriate I'd say.
