One wonders if Kirk Fordham as Foley's Chief of Staff had access to Foley's private AOL e-mail/Instant Messenger account? Did Fordham use Foley's account to do these IM's and e-mail messages to pages posing as Foley?

Or did Fordham provide Foley's ID and password to someone wanting to fake e-mails and IMs from Foley's account?

Was Fordham blackmailed into doing this?

Or did he do this in jealous spite to get back at Foley for finding another lover? Or revenge for some other slight?

Is Fordham's claim to have told Republican leadership about Foley's inappropriate interest in pages a lie to deflect obvious focus on his own guilt?

What other partisan or national security secrets did Forham provide to his blackmailers?

I think a lot of people have those same questions about Fordham, especially since Mike Rogers' partner in all of this, John Aravosis, claims to have gotten info from Fordham.

Rogers himself posted "open letters" to Fordham on his site, trying to chide him into doing his bidding.
