What's the likelihood of supoenas?? I don't have a grasp of this letter's weight. I REALLY hope they will force pelosi, et al's hands and make them come front and center on this.

Can anybody help me understand the gravity of this?

Well .. I don't see the current leadership in the house having the GUTS to subpoena Pelosi or any other dem leadership person. They're too chicken to take the heat.

I BELIEVE IT IS CRUCIAL TO GET ALL THE DEM LEADERSHIP ON RECORD. The fact they are refusing to be PUT ON THE RECORD - UNDER OATH - tells me more than they wanted me to know.

. Do the R's have the testicles to issue subpoenas? And if they do do they have the testicles to enforce action against anyone who doesn't respond? Remember the subpoena issued by this congress for Terry Schivo? A two bit county cop thumbed his nose at congress and congress and the White house did nothing.

Ignore a subpoena from my court at your own risk, but be assured of this, if I issue a subpoena you are going to appear. The question isn't if the question is when. Your falure to obey a subpoena issued by my court means you are going to jail and then to court.

Then the GOP should close down the investigations. Slamming one side is NOT an investigation a la 9/11 Commission! Why do we do so much to eat our young. Hastert is no more guilty of regulating an individual legislator than Tip O'Neill was but you'd never know it form the current 'RAT screechers.
If anything, I hope this filthy smear awakens the base!
