"I am not for trials in overwhelming cases...."

Question for you: Who determines what kinds of cases are overwhelming cases?

A judge.....

when your semen is found inside a child and you are with the child you have some serious explaining to do if it is determined the child is raped

In the case I referenced I believe the man made videos of himself and the children engaged in sexual acts. He was found with the child who survived and was in possession of the murder weapon and the video camera and tapes.

In light of that fact... why should the taxpayers pay a million plus dollars to try and convict the guy? Let a panel of judges review the evidence and if they determine it is overwhelming the man should die IMMEDIATELY.

Why should we spend a million dollars plus for a trial of this guy? He was already a registered sex offender and it is an overwhelming case.
