No a jury of your peers... that is the American way. A judge can be corrupted... what if he were a friend to the vile POS on trial before him?
Then would you love the system of a judge?

No. Obviously this is a special case but I would find it hard to believe that a conspiracy to execute the wrong man could exist between numerous investigators from multiple agencies, both state and federal prosecutors, and a panel of judges.

I agree a jury of our peers is the foundation for justice in America but at the same time I don't believe a registered sex offender with a previous conviction deserves the same rights as you or I get when the case against him is totally overwhelming.

Why rape the little girl? What about her? Her family was murdered, she was raped and watched her brother be raped and murdered, and now she has to go through a trial for a convicted sex offender POS who was not only released from prison but was given a low bond on a seperate charge committed prior to these horrible acts.

Enough is enough. One strike and you are out for sex offenders should be the norm in all cases of child rape.
