I am a constitutionalist, as most of us here are, and that man was innocent until proven guilty. Now if he were beaten to death in prison, after being found guilty, that would be different set of circumstances.

DISCLAIMER: I believe all people accused of a crime are entitled to a fair trial and should not be subjected to vigilante justice. HOWEVER, I reserve my right to be amused by vigilante justice should it occur.
