Yes, but see to even use Christ as the standard bear of RIGHTeousness, (NOT our own cause there is a place that describes our 'righteousness as filthy rags') sets some on edge.

Interesting thing about that 'hunger and thirst' also represents the spiritual fulfillment of the passover designating the bread and wine as reminder who is the source of RIGHTeousness.
