To recap, as I see it to date, a book was in the making about pages experiences while in DC. The pages decided that getting something on a sleaze Congressman would guarantee them a best seller - and be funny.
They set a trap. Foley fully complied with the goods. The publisher of said book the uber liberal, Robin Katsaros, has a son Chris, a gay uber liberal, who was a page in 2003 for Nancy Pelosi. The "joke" IM's were passed among the pages until Chris Katsaros gets ahold of the them and passes it through the dem ranks. The IM's are held until it was too late to change the FL ballot.
Foley is still guilty, maybe not legally, but morally and ethically. He answered the prank IM's as though they were real.
FBI now involved. All pages, staffers, operatives and gay "outers" are in way over their collective heads. It will all crumble very soon.

So, maybe, Pelosi doesn't want Louis Freah to head the investigation because Louis just might want to talk to her son to find out if HE had the IM's and maybe showed 'em to momma!

Bet this deal doesn't run much beyond Nancy Pelosi, Katsaros mother, and their other "special friend" Melanie Sloan, at C.R.E.W.
Women of this caliber really aren't as competent at running a scam as they'd like to believe.
