Why else does the "victim" page need a famous DEFENSE lawyer? Does not compute otherwise.

Actually, that part does compute, regardless of what actually happened.

This "victim" has seen enough of Washington to know that if there's an investigation and you're involved, you need to lawyer-up right away.

If it's a prank, he's really gonna need a lawyer -- but the mere fact of an investigation is reason enough to hire him.

I think the guy realizes that his direct online conversations have ignited a tremendous chain of events, possibly even resulting in tipping American government to the other side and negatively influencing the direction of the country and thereby future world events. All from a stupid bunch of sex IMs. It's serious stuff now. He will soon have more scrutiny than Foley would have given him. Every detail in his life, every political connection and motive will be dug up and air dried. He had better lawyer up.
