Nope. As the article say. It is the Reagan model ONCE again vindicated completely. MONEY spent by the Private Sector is vastly more efficient and productive then Demand side Government dictates spending. NOW if one time we could have a Reagan Model with a Congress that had even a HINT of control we might see just how high we can fly.
