Just out of curiousity, why didn't the Republican take it to court if there was evidence of voter fraud?

The race was very close, if I remember correctly.

They DID! Gov. Fraudoire was sworn in after the third vote count that FINALLY gave her a few vote lead. By the time the case made it's way through the courts, she had been the fraudulent governor for months.

Yes, you read that correctly. Rossi was still leading after 2 counts. After the 3rd count gave the Fraud a few point lead, she was immediately named governor and sworn in. Amazing isn't it?

They did. The judge ruled that the fact that there were thousands more ballots than voters (and ergo thousands of illegal ballots) was not sufficient to nullify the election since there was no way of showing for whom those thousands of fraudulent ballots had been cast.
