What crime is "reset"?
As in...
"They are heavily involved in drug-dealing and crimes such as reset and fraud"

Yah, I was in your country and Scotland when things were more orderly and going well. I predict the Scots MEN will go to Edinborough Castle and grab all those swords there and force England to solve the problem when provoked to the point of getting fed up with this. Mary, Queen of Scots didn't die for just anything, you know.
Just stop the rail traffic by taking a few rails out should be enough to force the issue. Nobody and nothing gets hurt or damaged doing it that way, because they can be put back.
