Father Orlandi returned to Paterson with two U.S. Defense meritorious service medals. Defense officials praised the priest's "powerful preaching and dynamic personality" that "helped to soothe the souls of those of his parish."

Thats wonderful Fr. Orlandi but did the US State dept. instruct you not to pray in the name of JESUS? Seems like it's illegal to mention JESUS name if your a military chaplain these days. Donald Rumsfeld wont stand up for you if you do but we true American patriots are not ashamed of JESUS name so go ahead and pray in His name anyway. Our brave military deserves this right.

Contrary to rumor, military chaplains are indeed allowed to pray in the name of JESUS.
