Am I the only one who's found Google, especially Google Image search, less useful these days?

I was trying to looking up images of Belinda Stronach for the threads about her last week, and Google Image search was just about coming up dry, when I know a lot of Stronach images are out there.

Of course that might have less to do with technical capabilities and more to do with the leanings of the people running the place. I hate to cast things in that light, but they did put Algore on their board, so I just put two and two together where it may make sense.....

The problem with Google is that they collect astonishing amounts of information about you (much more than you think and much more than you would willingly give away). Add to that that they are flaming glibs who can tweak their search algorithms to give you the responses they want you to have without your even knowing about it and you have a recipe for disaster.

I give Google two years tops before they collapse...
