It's spelled Eff You See Kay. You are obviously too well-bred to use the term in polite conversation, but on a scale of one to ten, such a term ranks well below other obscenities which are often spoken aloud, right out in public, regardless of how offensive us delicate types find it: "Democrat"; "media"; and "Teddy Kennedy" come to mind.
