Macsmind notices that Patrick McHenry R-NC put Pelosi and Emmanuel on the spot. From The Hill, which notes that he

... called on Democratic leaders yesterday to testify under oath about when they knew of former Rep. Mark Foley's (R-Fla.) Internet communications with a House page.

...Pelosi and Emmanuel refuse to take a polygraph test over the Foley mess.

Pelosi has also refused to make a sworn affadavit.

What was Pelosi in the loop with the network of homosexual staffers?

Pelosi sponsored a page by the name of Chris Katsaros in the same class as Jordan Edmund. Katsaros is openly gay. Not only that, Katsaros' mother, Robin Katsaros, a big-time San Fran lib, traded email with pages in 2004 in an effort to try to right a book about the page program. One of the pages she traded emails with was Jordan Edmund.

Combine that with the claim that from Edmund's point of view, the IMs were a joke to goad Foley on, some speculate that Edmund was trying to get good material for Katsaros' book. You can bet if Edmund passed the IMs along to Robin Katsaros, Pelosi saw them, too.
