Yes, they seem to publish a lot of her 'letters', I recall reading others here. This one is actually rather mild compared to some of her previous rants.

Ignoring all the malarky, there is other interesting info in it.
Apparently, Hands Across the Corridor was to be a major anti event and the author laments that few attended: in 40 counties, hundreds turned out. She closes by saying that apathy among Texans and the media is "scarier" than the toll road.
