Then, there's Jim Moran, Virginia Democrat, and this guy gets no criticism at all from the Dems yet it involves harrassing young children, beating his wife, public drunkeness, carousing with prostitutes in public, and accepting questionable campaign donations from folks with Islamofascist connections.
Why doesn't Nancy Pelosi ever criticize this guy? Or, is it her preference to reserve her ire for reserved, genteel drunks with a predelection for pderasty.
You know, I am still concerned that this entire scandal is a way to provide cover for vote frauad. In 2000 I believe the DUI was a public "explanation" for the sudden shift of voter sentiment in Florida. (The only pollster who showed a shift in voting preference was Zogby, who changed his methodology that week so that his results couldn't be compared to the other pollsters...and who very publicly announced a "trend" the week before the election...and whose brother was volunteering on Gore's team).
I am VERY concerned, especially with all of the attacks on Diebold by the democrats, that they are going to attempt this again in some vulnerable distrcts, and will explain the unexpected voting results on "disgusted evangelicals".
