well we do need to find the facts and I don't think that they have been released yet. The jurisdiction will be important and that has not entrely been established yet has it? This is why they are investigating and have not yet charged Foley with anything. Not as cut and dried as it may seem. So we need to wait and see what the facts really are. DC may or may not be the jurisdiction involved, in fact it may span a few different jurisdictions.
Good point - how would you know which jurisdiction's laws apply if one party is in DC and another is in GA, for example ?
