This doesn't make any sense. Why would there be so many IMs and why do they have different timestamps and dates. Why would Foley play along?
Foley wasn't playing. He thought it was real.
Anyone with notepad can make an IM record. Since it is saved locally, no one can disproved it. If I have knowledge of your IM handle, I can produce a salacious IM recording between you and I and all you can do is say, it wasn't so.
